My Terms of Service
-This is a very basic terms of service, so please respect them!
Will Not Draw
-NSFW-
-Fetish-
I am a minor. Any attempt to even ask for NSFW or Fetish art will result in an immediate blacklist from future Commissions.-Hate speech
-Racism or racist themes
-LGBTQA+ phobic themes
-Heavy Religious Themes
something such as a holiday scene or piece of jewelry is okay!
-controversial topics
-Proships
Ships or couples that romantically portry harmful or problematic things such as abuse, bestiality, pedophilia, and so on
Will Draw
-Suggestive themes / outfits
So long as it's not overtly sexual and the characters are of age
-mild or extreme gore
-ship art
-Any kind of animal or creature
dragons, aliens, monsters, birds, canines, felines, etc
-Complex designs
Complexity can add an upcharge

I'm a bit iffy on this however as I struggle with human characters and pieces.
Other Terms
This is extra information on my terms of service!
There is a key word that is REQUIRED TO BE USED before commissioning me. This is to make sure you’ve read my TOS
-I accept USD through PAYPAL, VENMO or CASHAPP, while I PREFER CASHAPP and VENMO as I can pay for meals after games and help my mom with Groceries PayPal is still an option! All my prices will also be in USD, be wary of the conversion!!-Payment can be accepted at any time however I will not send an unwatermarked or unblurred image until after payment is made.-Multiple characters will result in a multiplication of the charge. So a fully shaded piece will have an extra full body shaded charge(s).-I can make as many changes as wanted but after lineart is completed it will be an additional $5 for every change made and $10 for major changes [Changes that make up at least %15 or more of the piece]-I am NOT a professional artist, my content is heavily stylized and not for everyone. Certain aspects I still struggle heavily with and things may not look perfect sometimes.-While I try not to hold character complexity against someone, if I seem to particularly struggle with one, I will add a 15% up charge.-Asking for progression shots is okay and welcomed! However please be kind and don't ask me every couple minutes!
-The commissioner is allowed to use their piece with the proper credit. (The Password is Cyanova) I ask that you credit either my toyhouse (NovaStarr) or my Discord (NovaStarr#5717)-My Art is not for commercial use, any knowledge of someone using it as such will be blocked and potentially blacklisted. Along with this My Art is NOT to be turned into an NFT any knowledge of such will be a block, blacklist, and report.-Misuse of my art will result in block and even potential blacklist depending on severity. I do not condone or support anything my art may be negatively attached to.-My motivation can fluctuate and life can get in the way, meaning pieces can take anywhere from just a few hours to potentially a week or two, or in severe case upwards to a month. I have all right to refund and cancel commissions if it's just too stressful for me to do at that time.-DO NOT Claim, trace, or sell my art. You will be blocked and Blacklisted IMMEDIATELY if I hear of this.- I will NOT draw AI generated OCs or characters. If any form of AI is seen in any example art or ref sheets given I WILL NOT take the commission.- Regular customers / trusted individuals can be set up with a payment plan! This is so folks don’t have to pay a whole ton in one setting and can rather pay it off in increments. NEW / STRANGER Commissioners will NOT be eligible for this unless heavily trusted by mutual individuals!!
